Live with it for thirty nights, counted from the day it arrives. If the room isn’t better, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.
How it works
- Email hello@frilys.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We reply with a prepaid return label.
- Pack the lamp, plate, remote and cable in any box and drop it off.
- The refund goes to your original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it. No return needed.
